Ffah Films Ltd aims to operate two production sites in Hawick, in the Scottish Borders, delivering serviced production capability to feature film, high-end television, advertising and documentary clients. The company's trade combines stage capacity supplied with technical services, lighting and equipment supply, local below-the-line crew provision, post-production, virtual production, location services, and casting service

Alongside these services, the company carries on early-stage development and co-production activity in-house, feeding a pipeline that will bring two features into production during the plan period through majority-owned SPVs. Ffah Films Ltd was founded on 25 November 2025 (company number SC871102), building on two years of development work by its founding team.

Ffah Films Ltd is raising £2.45 million in two tranches — £250,000 SEIS followed by £2,200,000 EIS, with SEIS shares issued first.
Despite Scotland's unparalleled landscapes and world-class creative talent, the Borders region receives virtually none of the UK's £6.27 billion annual film production spending. This creates no lasting infrastructure, no sustained employment and no long-term economic benefit.
